Vibration Welder VSP405
The VSP 405 vibration welder is designed with advanced technologies (3D CAD, CNC) for welding thermoplastic components with complex geometries or materials unsuitable for ultrasonic or hot plate welding.
It uses a circular vibration system generated by a specially shaped shaft, allowing easier fixture design and high welding flexibility. The machine features a robust painted steel structure, brushless motor, and pneumatic vibration head movement on high-precision prismatic guides.
Cycle management is fully controlled by a microprocessor with touchscreen interface, enabling welding by time or height with centesimal resolution. The system allows adjustment of vibration frequency and welding pressures, weld quality control, storage of up to 20 programs, USB data download, piece counter, reject alarm, and multilingual operation (Italian, English, French, German).
