Spin Welder SWP
The SWP 06 spin welder is designed with advanced technologies (3D CAD, CNC) for welding round thermoplastic components through rotational friction and thrust pressure.
It features a robust structure, brushless motor, pneumatic head movement on high-precision guides, and precise spindle positioning for welding parts with angular references. Welding can be controlled by time or height with centesimal resolution, while thrust pressure, motor speed, and stop angle are fully programmable.
The touchscreen microprocessor system allows storage of up to 20 welding programs, weld quality control, good/reject piece counting, USB data download, and multilingual operation (Italian, English, French, German).
The machine offers high flexibility, simple tooling design, and reliable welding performance for a wide range of thermoplastic applications.
