BIKAPPA ROTARY

Two-sided corona treater built with stainless materials, ideal for high-performance blown film extruders or inline flexographic printing units on extrusion lines.
The system is equipped with multi-point electrodes made of aluminum or with stainless coating or stainless steel, available in sectors or segments of various sizes for zoned corona treatment, along with discharge rollers coated with silicone sleeve or vulcanized silicone.
The electrodes are supported by insulators to ensure thermal stability and uniform treatment.
Bikappa Rotary features an open design for greater accessibility; the wide rotating opening of the rollers allows quick film threading.
The practical discharge roller removal system makes it easy to replace the silicone sleeve, while the quick electrode assembly and disassembly system simplifies cleaning, without the need to reset or recalibrate the electrode after repositioning.
