Delphy, the renewed manual manifold with RFID control, features new construction and technological innovations designed to increase the level of safety, precision, and traceability in material-machine allocation processes.
Each unit is equipped with RFID control, which checks every second that the connection is correct. A system of coloured flashing LEDs helps the operators with configuration and alerts them to errors, preventing the material from being transported. A One Wire server controls the unit. The intuitive interface enables the operator to safely control the production process and provides immediate feedback on connection status, guiding them through any changes.
In addition, to the Mowis supervisor, a PLC terminal designed for remote support can be connected to the control unit.
The stainless-steel construction guarantees safe, contamination-free transport.
