SA-U Universal machine for the production of a wide range of bags

The SA-U is a universal machine that can produce a wide range of PE bags, including bags with both bottom and side sealings, gusseted bags, boutique bags, STEB bags, courier bags, heavy-duty bags, security bags, and much more.
The SA-U modular design enables customization and the use of different accessories, such as:
• String zipper
• Flexi loop
• Patch handle
• Rigid handle
• Die-cut handle
Some options can be installed on the same machine to manufacture different bags using only one configuration.
This machine is fully equipped with Siemens components and is entirely controlled by a state-of-the-art HMI based on Profinet®, one of the most advanced communication protocols. It manages each installed station and tool independently and in real time, thus overseeing the production process. Each station is independent, servo-driven and plug & play.
The machine’s configuration can be upgraded at any time to adapt to new and unpredictable market demands.
The SA-U is offered in four sealing widths: 620 mm (24.4”), 920 mm (36.2”), 1220 mm (48”) and 1620 mm (64.1”).
