SA-W Wicket bag making machine

The SA-W machine can produce a wide range of wicket bags, such as bottom gusset bags, bread bags, poultry shrink bags, hygiene bags and diaper bags (with cross or paramount handles). This highly flexible machine allows manufacturing bags of different types and sizes to maximize the investment with a short-term payback.
The SA-W is fully equipped with Siemens components and is entirely controlled by a state-of-the-art HMI based on Profinet®, one of the most advanced communication protocols that manages each installed station and tool independently and in real time. Moreover, the machine’s advanced technology reduces and streamlines
changeover times.
The SA-W design allows for customization to meet various production requirements. Indeed, each station is independent, servodriven and installed on a modular base and the machine’s configuration can be upgraded at any time to adapt to new and unpredictable market demands.
