SA-M HB Flexible and technologically advanced machine for the production of header bags

The SA-M HB machine can produce various types of medical bags, such as header bags (with or without reinforcement),
patch bags, and breathable bags. It is offered in three different sealing widths: 920 mm (36.2”), 1,220 mm (48.03”), and 1,620 mm (63.7”).
This machine can run with different PE materials, coated and uncoated Tyvek®, and combined materials to guarantee high production flexibility.
The SA-M HB’s modular design allows for customization to meet various production requirements; the machine’s configuration can be upgraded at any time to adapt to new and unpredictable market demands.
It is fully equipped wi th Siemens components and entirely controlled by a state-of-the-art HMI based on Profinet®,
one of the most advanced communication protocols that independently manages each installed station and tool in real time, overseeing the production process.
To ensure precise and high-quality seals, each station is independently servodriven and controlled by state-of-the-art
load cells to constantly verify the sealing force and guarantee a complete validation process.
Reducing changeover time is essential for optimizing production schedules. To achieve this, the SA-M HB machine has
been designed with a tool-less sytem. This system, combined with optional automation features, makes the machine cost-effective and ensures a short payback period.
