IRS equipment for producing extruded, stretched, and unstretched nets
The IRS line produces extruded, stretched, and unstretched nets made of LDPE, MDPE, HDPE, PP, PBT, and EVA, which can be used for food packaging, industrial products, or other applications such as water, air, and oil filtration.
Its modular design allows for the production of various types of nets, including stretched nets wound on spiral-crossed rolls, as well as unstretched nets, tubular or open-flat, both wound on rolls. The open-flat nets are cut using a dedicated device before winding.
Additionally, the line can be integrated with STC equipment to produce stabilized, cut and bottom-sewn sacks with a maximum capacity of 50 kg.
