IRB equipment for producing unstretched nets

The IRB line produces unstretched nets made of LDPE, MDPE, HDPE, PP, PBT, and EVA, with diameters ranging from 130 mm (5.12”) to 350 mm (13.78”). The nets can be used for packaging, air filters, oil filters, water filters, and various
industrial applications.
The extruding unit features an operating screw designed and manufactured according to its diameter. The bi-directional rotating head is equipped with interchangeable dies of various sizes and slot configurations, depending on
customer requirements. Thanks to this setup, the line can produce nets with 2 or 3 threads. The 3-thread nets consist of two diagonal threads and one vertical thread, allowing for the creation of bands suitable for handle applications.
