ILL lamination
The ILL line is an off-line laminating system for geonets, designed and built to process large-size, unstretched nets mainly made of HDPE-MDPE. It can laminate open nets up to 4.5 meters wide, with both two-thread and three-thread configurations, featuring a minimum thickness of 5 mm and a maximum thickness of 10 mm.
The line is fully equipped with Siemens components and entirely controlled through a Profinet-based HMI, one of the most advanced communication protocols, allowing independent and real-time control of every installed component.
Thanks to PLC process control and a Siemens operator panel with touchscreen display, the line allows all parameters and setup configurations for each type of net to be stored, making it possible to repeat the production of each product whenever required.
